The authorization covers Xona's planned constellation of more than 250 satellites, expanding on the earlier license covering its Pulsar-0 demonstration satellite, which launched in June 2025. Xona says it is the only FCC-authorized private navigation constellation operating next to nation-state systems from the US, Europe, China and Russia.
