Rocket Lab launched its 94th Electron mission, "Owl Around The World," from Launch Complex 1 in Mahia, New Zealand at 12:01 a.m. NZST on September 3 (September 2 UTC), deploying Synspective's 11th StriX synthetic aperture radar satellite to a 575km low Earth orbit, per Rocket Lab's mission release. Rocket Lab has been Synspective's sole launch provider since 2020 and says it has a 100% mission success record across all Synspective launches, with 16 more missions booked to deliver the rest of the constellation before 2030.
