Kazakhstan's Deputy Prime Minister Zhaslan Madiyev said at the Space Days Kazakhstan 2026 forum in Astana that the country plans an international Earth observation satellite constellation of nine satellites by 2030, comprising six Kazakh satellites plus spacecraft from Mongolia, the Republic of the Congo and Nigeria, per Kazakhstan Today and AzerNews. He said the constellation could later expand to 14 satellites.
