AnySignal adds AnyLink networking to Apex satellite bus lineup
AnySignal · Apex
RF startup AnySignal formalized a partnership putting its AnyLink ground network on Apex's satellite platforms.
what happened
AnySignal and Apex announced a partnership September 9 letting customers add AnySignal's AnyLink ground-network aggregation and radios to Apex satellite platform purchases, per Payload and the companies' release. AnyLink combines ground-station networks from multiple providers, including KSAT, Leaf Space and RBC Signals, into a single operational path; the deal formalizes an existing relationship built on AnyLink's on-orbit performance aboard Apex spacecraft. AnySignal, which has flown nine missions and employs about 80 people, previously won two 2026 Space Force awards for interference sensing and satellite-to-satellite link demonstrations.
why it matters
The deal packages ground-segment networking directly into a mass-manufactured bus line, letting Apex customers buy connectivity alongside the spacecraft itself rather than sourcing it separately; for AnySignal it extends a software product beyond one-off missions into a standing menu option at a bus maker ramping toward 200 satellites a year.
