The chip runs Ubuntu Linux and ships in a sub-10-watt low-power version and a higher-performance version; TechSpot's independent reporting states the design uses an eight-core (four performance, four efficiency) CPU built on Intel's 18A process with a GPU tile on Intel 3, delivering up to 45 TOPS of INT8 AI performance in the low-power version and up to 75 TOPS in the performance version, rated for junction temperatures from -55C to 125C with radiation-hardening certifications for total ionizing dose, single-event latch-up, and single-event effects.
