Impulse Space scales its Helios GEO rideshare program to about two missions a year
Impulse Space says demand for its Caravan GEO rideshare missions has booked out through 2028.

Impulse Space said Aug. 25 at the Small Satellite Conference that demand for its Helios-powered Caravan GEO rideshare missions has grown enough to schedule roughly two missions a year, per Via Satellite. Caravan 1's manifest (first half of 2027) is closed, Caravan 2 (Q1 2028) has a waitlist, and Caravan 3 is set for Q4 2028, with Caravan 4 and 5 planned for 2029. Customer payloads range from 16U cubesats to 1.5-ton satellites, deployed above GEO within eight hours of launch. Impulse Space co-founder Joshua Rea said: "we're thinking that at the moment, about two rideshare missions per year seems about right."
